Hi fellow BM...am rushing back to LOS after returning on Nov 7 and deciding Im going back!!!...need accom in condo in Sth Pattaya or Jomtien from Sat Dec 1st ti at least mid Jan with option to extend stay....studio or small condo sought with pool if possible....any help or referrals appreciated...

They're located in Soi Diamond just up from Windmill.

 

It's a good website but they've forgotten to put the most important thing, where they are located?

 

There is only one mention of Soi Diamond and that is in small print, very very frustrating.

No, the Condominium is not located on Soi Diamond.

Otherwise, Diamond City have rooms in a decent location for 9600 baht per month or Studios with kitchen for 14k plus utilities for your dates.
