China Air intinerary changes. Sweet.. NO charges

Kudos to China Airlines!!!!!

 

Due to a brain fart/visa miscalculation, I had to cancel/rebook BKK to LAX to a week earlier than planned.

 

I went to the Bangkok office and spoke to a delightful lady who promply made my changes.

 

I was ready to hand over my CC card for the expected flight change charge.

 

"No sir, there is no charge to change your flight"

 

Wow......I was stunned.

 

And this was just the run of the mill economy ticket!!!!!!

 

 

 

Now, due to a family emergency back home, I have to leave Thailand earlier than what was rebooked earlier.

 

Instead of going to the China Air office, I called reservations and another delightful lady quickly rebooked my rebooked flight......and with the same seating!!!!!

 

 

 

No mention of any flight change charges and she just gave me a confirmation number and said to check in as normal 2 hours early.

 

 

 

2 flight changes in the span of 3 weeks and NO charge!!!!!!

 

 

 

Kudos to China Air!!!!
