Recommended Posts

Hey Everyone,

I've searched as best as I can but I am not finding many places around this price level. Any suggestion would be helpful. I need it for Feb & Mar/09,

Many thanks,

Rob

I stay at a small well run clean guest house on 2nd Road near soi 6. No joiner fees, in room safe with AC,TV, DVD and fridge. Rooms are serviced daily and they offer on site laundry service. I'm booked into Sky-Top next month and then again in February. As is almost everything in Pattaya price is negotiable. www.skytopcenterpattaya.com

Not sure what Dennis' rate is at Metro Apartments, but someone here will know.

It was about 19,000 when I asked in high season. Jasmine mansion was similar, but included breakfast and has 24 hour security. They phone to check everything is ok if the TG leaves without you.

Rob,

Try Mansion 75 near Carrefour and just off Soi Arunothai. Around 7500 per month plus electric and water. Housekeeping free once every 2 weeks, if you need more there is a charge for each cleaning or you can get a live in to do the cleaning of the room and your pipes. :nod

I stay at an apartment and the cost is 12,300 per month for a 1 bedroom plus utilities. Only problem would be that its small so the vanancies would have to coincide with your trip and that wouldn't be known until just before your arrival.

I tried to find this place and had no luck. Can you be a bit more specific on your directions.

Thanks.

Soi Arunothai heads south off of Pattayaklang where Carrefour is located. Go about 30 meters on Arunothai and take the 1st left, then go another 30 meters and it will be on your right.
