Check this out.

A new Bangkok to Clarke airport in Angeles city flight has started.

I made a dummy enquiry and below is the feedback from the airline with regard to flight times and cost.

If you plan on booking a follow-on flight, for example Cebu to Manila, then Manila to Hong Kong, and this is not booked as a connecting flight, i.e. you book 2 single sector flights, please allow the following minimum times between the first flight arrival and next take off: 2 hours for domestic bookings and 3 hours for bookings including international sectors. These fucking useless Cunts

I have spent the last hour trying to pay for my flight and all my cards keep getting rejected.

I even use the 'verified by visa' bollox and they still decline payment.

Same thing happened when I flew with them from Hong Kong to Manila. At least then, they provided a phone number in Manila where I used the same card to pay over the phone. Now there is no contact number and you just reach a dead end in the booking/payment process.

I'll be quicker swimming from LOS to the P.I. at this rate!

For any UK mongers with Nationwide credit or debit card, don't waste your time trying to book any Cebu Pacific flights because they will be declined online and also if you try and pay over the phone.

I will just go to the Cebu Pacific office with cash when I get to Bangkok next week.

Main problem with that is I'll miss out on the early booking discount. Might even be better off flying to Manila with Thai Air.

Quite correct bout the Nationwide cards and all UK issues cards it seems to decline , had read dozens of gripes about this all over the internet and CP dont seem to give a shit , crazy that some of there flights on the BKK-CRK route have been flying at 75% ocuppancy !!!

Guess the only drama bout booking in Thailand is that you will pay top dollar price grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I was on the first flight to clarke, and it left (and arrived) 45 minutes late.. also the drinks/snacks trolley would only accept american dollars (on a flight from thailand to the philippines, who thought this up).

I have had problems with my oz issued credit card also and my bank followed it thru and said that they had approved the payment (verified by visa) but the refusal was with cebupacific. I sent themn an email about it and they sent me a paypal account to buy the ticket.
