Having just returned from 6 weeks in Pattaya, where I don't spend much time on the boards, I didn't see the fridge for sale post. Still at 4500 baht a month it wouldn't take much for this place to be better value for baht compared to Skytops for a month.

Electric should be about 3.25 baht a unit. Knocking on 5 baht "extra" per unit could double the rent on 1000 units a month.

 

A bit like Ebay at $0.99 but $9.99 postage.
