Review: 1 Month Condo From Dancewatchers.com

Recommended Posts

What about you Smelly? Are you coming back to the Land of Smiles :beer

Alas, business has truly sucked this year, so I will have to continue to live vicariously through the lucky BMs who are on-site. :allright

Of course, if you were to post some more of your great pics, that could help motivate things 1luv

Update: In Dec 2009 stayed in a similarly located condo facing the mall and am happy to report that the mall's construction has progressed to the point where the noise was greatly reduced. They've also installed baffles on the large airconditioning vents which also cut the noise quite a bit. Below is the review I posted on the other condo I stayed in Dec:

"Review - New Vt6 Condo From Dancewatchers.com"

And a special thanks to Obsession for diligently alerting me that I needed to update my comment about the mall's construction noise in my original TR.

I am paying 18000 for a month at a hotel, how much did they charge?

I never did a full month in a single condo and instead tried a few different condos in a few different buildings that first trip, so I don't remember what all I paid for each. But I did see that they have different prices if you'd doing monthly instead of daily/weekly.

Your best bet is just to look at the current price list on the condos listed on the website www.dancewatchers.com

So you could have been paying through the nose!

dancewatcher has increased the price of his studio condos by 5000b a month, they have gone from 25000b to 30000b from reasonable to expensive in my opinion.

Another unsubstantied post. 30,000 for what ... my condo is rented through DW for a lot less than that

Although I own my condo, I've rented condos for short periods of time from Dancewatcher and everything was handled in a very professional manner, something that you don't find here in Pattaya with every real estate agent  . Great service and the condos were in excellent condition. The ones that I rented were all in View Talay Six so that's the ones that I have experience with.

so that justifies the 5000b price increase?

Rental rates are supply and demand driven. For VT 6 it seems there is a very heavy demand, more than the available supply. This would justify a rise in VT 6 rental rates from the previous lower rates if indeed this is actually the case. This is different than for say VT 2B where my condo is situated and high season / low season rates apply. As for making Dancewatcher rich, from what I have seen and testimonials of others it is hard work, attention to detail and a quality service and product that draws in the customers. Dancewatchers rates must be competetive otherwise people would not rent from DW.

I forgot the amount that I paid but I thought that it was very reasonable. VT6 is a brand new condo in a great location, if I had wanted something cheap I would have probably stayed at the Day and Night :allright .

SmellyF**ker accused me of being MarkyTee on Secrets a while back when he used to attack for pointing out crap in his spam threads. Hopefully the mad tart got help and doesn't still think so. I would suggest he PMs admin and asks about the ISPs if he's still so paranoid.

But you should be totally insulted at being accused of being me and sue him for slander. :o

The positive review of Dancewatchers is consistent with what I have read elsewhere. Also, Fair Properties, as noted in the post, has a terrible reputation. Overall, if I was going to stay at View Talay, I would use Dancewatchers.
