Just booked some flights in August to Chiang Mai, Udon Thani and Phuket from BKK.

Price was 99bt per sector. After taxes and upping my baggage allowance to 20kg, this works out to be less than Aud$45 return for each trip.

 

This is a great deal for anyone interested in seeing some other parts of Thailand on the cheap!
