Anyone flown with them? I need to fly to Buriram from BKK soon after landing in Thailand. Many years ago I went to Buriram by taxi ( took ages but its a long way, invioted driver in for a meal when I got there which he accepted, I'm please to say) or by air with Thai airways, but now a crew called PB Air do the route and I just wondered if they were OK and reliable? I'm not thinking of booking online just take my chance and book on the day.

They've been around a long time but most of their routes don't seem to last very long and are owned by the family behind Singha. They have an offer to Buriram at the moment ......

Use them all the time flying to Nakhon Phanom and Sakhon Nakhon.

No problem with their online booking service very reliable. http://www.pbair.com/en-TH/inside/frameset/home.php

They used to fly small embraer 145 jets (very nice), but they have either been taken over or went into partnership with Bangkok Airways/Nok Air earlier this year. They now use Bangkok Airways ATR turboprop Aircraft. Still get you there but takes a bit longer and not so nice aircraft IMHO. Pretty good time keeping normally as well.

Some real hotties as cabin crew.

Satuk witch is the name of Buriram airport is +/- 30 km outside city. From Buriram count another 65 to 70 km to BanKruat (I live in Prakonchai). I don't think it is a good deal.

From BKK airport take a Cab to Bus station Morchit 2 (+/- 300 b.) Then take a bus to prokonchai (+/- 220 to 300 b.) (Direction to Surin, Ubon,etc...) from Prakonchai take a cab (or pick up) to Ban Kruat(+/-300b.) Count about 6 to 7 hours. If you go by plane it will not shorten your journey but will surely empties your wallet.

Thanks for all the help, folks, for which I am grateful. Am now arranging lift from distant relatives (exs brother and sister ) and will pay them instead, even if it works out the same price will be a better, door to door service.

FS, could you tell me what you normally pay for BKK-SNO?

Have you always booked direct, or used an agent?

Info would be much appreciated.

On their website today Sakhon Nakhon is coming up at 3000 baht.

I am booked on the Nakhon Phanom flight next Saturday 6th June, I paid 3160 Baht, slightly further.

I always use their website to book my flights, approximately about ten a year or so. Never a problem with them, in fact when I have had to change flights or missed a flight due to airport occupation they were really good.

Another option just now is the special from Air Asia to Udon then the bus or if you have somebody to give you a lift to Sakhon Nakhon. I just booked two return tickets from Udon to Bangkok, depart 15th June return 20th June for 1400 baht.

If you require any other info drop me a PM or ask in this thread.

Hope this helps some

Best Regards
