Cheap Car required

I don't drive a motor bike, and am very wary of walking, the mad streets of Pattaya.

I'm looking for a cheap car ie runabout to get around.

Not concerned about age make or model.

Something up to say 100,000 Baht.

MUST have all paper work in place, and, up to date.

I'm in the UK at the moment, but will be in Pattaya 5th Aug 2009 to 2nd Sept 2009.

Then, 1st Nov 2009, for 6 months

Anything, anyone?

All I can recommend for you in Pattaya, is to drive down Sukh. and look at all the car dealerships there. Your not going to get much for 100k though. Even 10-15yo cars still command upwards of 200-400k depending on the make. There might be a few deals here and there, but you would be much better off getting a decent car from an individual as opposed to a dealership.

You should be able to get a 20 yr-old Corolla for around 100k. Whether it would last you 6 months is a different matter.

I think you need to up your price.

I often see clunkers parked with an advert on them in your range... but wouldn't trust them.

Not much in your 'range' in Pattaya Mail either.
