I have always stayed at this hotel - very nice place and convenient, too. This trip however I was wanting to bring my laptop along, and I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with their in-room WiFi internet access? Their site says WiFi is available, but does not really elaborate (available hotel-wide? Only in the lobby? Cost? Etc, etc), so I was hoping somebody could share their experiences.

Wouldn't mind hearing about other places, too.

Thanks.

I must disagree with Fonz. Maybe he is thinking of Sabai Lodge. I have stayed at Sabai Inn many times. Excellent wifi signal. They have a router on each floor. No problems with my laptop getting a signal.

One time the router lost connection with the internet, but when I talked to the front desk, they rebooted the router and all was fine.

I think the Sabai Inn is good value, clean room, big bed, bath bus outside lobby, less than 1000 baht.

IThere you go.I stand corrected

Agree with all you said. It`s great to be able to take approx 8 steps from the entrance door to step onto the baht bus.

cheers:
