Summer Spring Hotel - sea view from rooms?

Do the deluxe rooms on floors 5-7 or the deluxe Penthouse on floor 8 allow sea views?

I am thinking of staying there for the 1st time. In the past I usually stayed at Sandy Spring, which is very nice, but I am looking for a change.

Do they discount the prices that they list on their web page at all? I am looking for only 4 nights starting with October 29.

Looks like I will be staying at the Summer Spring late this December and early January. I have always stayed at the Sandy Spring, but when I was staying there mid September and making my December reservations, was told that the Sandy Spring was fully booked for my dates. The girl that has work the desk since the Sandy Spring worked at the Summer Spring a while when they first opened, suggested giving them a try, so I booked there. She also told me that the rooms at the Summer Spring didn't have a 'seaview'.

 

All the years (4 times each year) I have never gotten a better price than what is listed on their website, and yes, I have asked. If I remember, I think the prices at the Summer Spring are 100 baht a night less than the Sandy Spring. I'm not sure I'm going to like the location of the Summer Spring as it's all the way down on Soi 1 between 2nd Road and Beach Road, so put myself on a wait-list at the Sandy Spring.

Im staying here for the 1st time in December, I have e-mailed Nudee several times as I had booked a room in October on a mates behalf then he cancelled and let me down so 'spoke' to her several times.

 

The penthouse rooms face soi 1 but have a side view of the sea, I have asked for a sea view on floor 6/7 for my visit.. They do have sea view rooms but they will not guarentee you a sea view. I have booked 2 rooms for me and a mate in December and we are staying for 14 nights and I booked back in July so I would have thought shouldnt be a problem but they still cant guarentee me a sea view
