Can any bms design a webpage for me and get it running? i want to start a new business when in patts next and would like to give the work to an expat trying to earn a living in los.

Try advertising on Thai Visa and perhaps in the Pattaya Mail. I did that for one business and got some varied but interesting results. Some knew what they were doing, others just chancers. You really need to have done your homework and laid out your designs and more importantly the functionality you require in order to assess the people you ask. Then you have the designer versus programmer issue to deal with. Some will say they can do both but cannot.

 

I found a good starting point to have links to websites which have some features you want to incorporate as this gives your designer / programmer a visual reference to work from.
