Moving GIF avatars?

I copied a moving avatar from another forum. I just used " save picture as" , and it still moved when I had it in a folder. But it won't move on the forum, or on my computer now? Why is that?

try using the GIF in it's original location

by that I mean, put in the URL to that avatar wherever you found it.

it won't accept those sorts of addresses, has to be solid one like mine, not with = or ? in it

I put this in gOOgle : swf imagesize:150x100
