It Pattaya a Hideout City for(criminal) ex-pats?

Talking of criminals, some years ago a well known Dutch criminal "John Mieremet" was assassinated in Patts,

 

If i were a top criminal with millions i wouldn't come to pattaya. This is not a place to hide is it!!?? morocco woul be indeed a better place to hide for a few years. Though i would just fuck off to iran for a few years. With revolutionary guard being in possession of the monopoly on violence, the competion couldn't do shit to you. It would be too much of a hassle to organize a assasination. Unless war breaks out

Rich criminal have accountants helping them to hide the cash so thay can stay anywhere in the world! The criminals hiding in Thailand are usually the semi or unsuccessful ones! 5555

 

You also have to think about entertainment and monies. Many have been caught coz they were bored out of their mind or ran out of money. No dfference than being in jail.
