Canvas oil paitings

Has anyone had any problems with oil paintings such as rot from the humidity or from insects?

I have one here (buddha) that I bought in BKK quite a few years ago, looks just like new.

i have a few i bought from walking street near new living doll

 

These are in my home here in the UK, if mounted correctly i am sure you will have no issues, i had these over three years and still perfect
