I have a similar question.  What qualifies someone to post as an "Old Timer" on the Member's Board?  I ain't old like some of these folks who fart dust, but I think I've been around.

I think NavySnipe is right on this, I was on a fantasy football board that had a similar format and once you posted 40 times your status was changed from rookie to geek. Probably a similar deal here.

So the system rewards quanity over quality. Not surprising, since computers are only glorified adding machines.

8) Greeting to you All, Well as a "JAFG"...that's just another friggen newguy...I think we should give this board a spin around the block.  Thou my past days were in the PI's, ahhhh god 'ol subic bay and the famous shit river; I do look forward in getting to the LOS and of course the local attractions.  ;D. Having said that, thanks Pete for giving the regulars another way to share info and intel on the local "poon patrol's".

Pattaya is Pattaya at any time of the year. I've never been bothered by a little rain and there is always a bar to pass the time in if it does rain.

When were you in Subic Bay, PI?  Any photo to pass onto us in the forum?

 

Retired US Navy, stationed "Dito" on two tours to Subic.  1982 - 1986, and 1990 - 1992 prior to closing the bases.

 

Would like to go back to the Barrio/Subic City, heard it is dying?
