Laptop conection, which city/area is for Pattaya?

Hi

  Iam setting up my laptop computer to enable me to use my ISP via a thai servers local number, my question is which city does Pattaya come under (i thought it was a city in its own right ?), iam getting a list of about 50 Thai citys, anyone know which Pattaya comes under, im guessing Chon buri ? as the number starts with 38, there is also a Pattini which is the closest spelling  but that starts with 73 ??.
