At the top of the page, you will see the GALLERY tab link.

This opens the gallery of albums that have been uploaded by members and forum admin.

The version of Gallery we use now is much easier to upload to, since it allows multiple selection from your upload directory.

You can create your own albums, assign them as public, private or available to friends only. In the latter case, using the FRIEND system allows access to people you trust or know.

Give it a try and, if you have any photos to upload, let's see them!

Is 'public' limited to Members Only, or truly public where anyone (including Google, etc) can see your albums?

Now that is a good question. How public, is public?

Only members of the forum can access the gallery, so "public"really means "other members"of pattayatalk.

The batch upload will certainly make life easier to post large sets of files

And it will be nice not to suffer from the brutal bandwidth limits of other photo sharing sites

I tried using the nifty new Gallery to repost a bunch of my pics that maxed out the photo sharing sites

But...

A 10 file limit batch upload limit!? Seriously!?

Come on MM, live a little more dangerously and change the config to let us upload larger batches, like 25 or 50 pics at a pop. I think you'll see BMs soon posting tons of pics that were too tedious to upload one at time (or even 10 at a time).

If some BMs abuse it, you can alway throttle the config back down.

Thanks for pointing that out. It's actually not a config change, because Invision apparently thought it was great to upload 10 at a time. I disagree, as you do, so some resourceful user provided a very simple fix that overrides it.

I've changed the limit to 100. I am living dangerously now!

Cool; thanks.

Let's try testing that limit with some of my past Beach Road collections ... :thumbup
