Definitely road rage, but apparently, the trucker (the victim) sideswiped the shooter's car, refused to stop, cursed him and tried to leave the scene. The shooter unfortunately lost it completely, had a gun, and changed two lives forever.

 

Two words come to mind..."collision insurance".

Just another reminder that telling someone to "fuck off" (or other cursing etc...) may have different consequences in different parts of the world.

 

Both of them were Thai in this case, but the driver was probably telling the truth when he said "...if Mr.Rangsit had not insulted him he might not have killed him."

A few dimwitted farangs insult Thais and pay the price one way or the other, it makes sense to learn a bit about a culture before you travel there.

 

Its well known Thais dont mind dieing as they "come back in the afternoon" where farangs dont come back In summary its ok to die if you are Thai but not as a farang.

Yeah, I would think the truck driver knew a bit about "Thai Culture"..
