Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

Is there a "time-out" facility on the New Board?

Recommended Posts

when I view the board I often have several windows open, then I can do other stuff while waiting for posts to download. What happens now is that quite often I will see a post I want to respond to, I will click Reply and type up a response, then when I try and Post it, I get a message saying I am not logged in..... I have to log in again, before I can post my reply and if I dont copy what I typed I lose it..

Is there some timeout facility that means you are logged out if you dont interact with the board every so many minutes?

It worked okay for the first time today. Maybe it was a problem at this end.

You mentioned waiting for a post to download ?

It is always pretty instaneous for me - I think you connection is very poor - you may loose login if you are trying to reconnect in background

I do use mobile internet here in australia but I always have and never struck this problem b4. Its almost like the situation with a bank log in, where if you dont do anything for a while then try and post something it wants your gives you an error message, says your not logged in and wants you to start again. Driving me crazy at times.

The forum software uses cookies written to your local drive to check if you are logged in or not, each time you submit a page request. It sounds like your browser is not allowing these cookies to be written, or they are corrupted somehow, so the forum thinks you're not logged in.

That's just a guess, not gospel.

I can't give instructions on browsers, since there are so many, but look for something regarding "ALLOW COOKIES" and make sure pattayatalk is not in some "exception" list.

I'd also suggest clearing all cookies and re-logging in, just in case you have a corrupted cookie.

Sorry if this is too technical, but that's what these internet types make us talk like.
