List of bars with unusual themes or 'gimmicks' ?

I'm interested to hear if anyone can give details of any bars with unusual themes or 'gimmicks' that are perhaps worth visiting.

 

By gimmicks I'm thinking of anything unusual, compared to the standard go-go's with poledancing/girl shows & beer bars with live music.

 

For example, I heard last year that there was some bar with a large tank in it that you could see girls swimming in while you drinking your beer!

 

Any info welcomed!

Hi Simon,

 

The  " fish tank " you`re thinking about is the Freewaybar, located on second road I think. There is a big poster just before you turn left to Jomtien which can show you the way.

 

Try the Jenny Star bar, locaded under Marine 1 on walking Street. They have a theme  ;D

The Freeway Bar is not located on 2nd Rd.  2nd Rd turns into Phratamnak Rd south of South Pattaya Rd and if you stay on Phratamnak Rd on your way to Jomtien you'll see a big sign that points towards another Rd and says, I think 100 meters to the bar.

 

Some other bars with unusual "gimmicks" you should try is Nice with Ice and the Pump Station on Soi Post Office, Billion Beer Bar on Pattayaland 1 and some of the bars on Soi 6.  The "gimmicks' you'll experience will not be what you would normally encounter at home.  ;D ;D ;D

Not exactly a bar but a visit to the the disco, Xcite after 2100 will knock your socks off.  Tucked away in the backwaters of Pattaya, this is a world class disco... well worth visiting.
