Southern Star Resort and X Zone discount cards

Most BM will know of me as the owner of Xzone . I have for the past nine years also owned Southern Star Resort located at soi 12 Naklua.

 

I am now offering the same discount to BM.s who have X Zone discount cards for accommodation room rates. I have just ordered another 200 white x zone discount cards which can be collected from x zone as the last 200 have all been taken.

 

So if you have a white card you can get 10 percent and gold card 20 percent . Includes pool side bar.

 

Room rates start at 650 baht per night with no guest charges and 24 hour pool access. We are located at Naklua a little way from walking street the location will not suit those that want to walk to your room, but those that want a quite area during the night and day then we will suit you .

I personally dont have much faith in any of your offers anymore, you seem to change them, adjust them, discontinue them on several occasions

 

 

 

I think you should have a rethink as I read many members are not happy and you are really doing more harm to your business than good

Just my opinion MM based purely on what I read.

 

If other members are happy, then I am happy for them.

 

Personally, the replies I have recieved from Nev just never convinced me si I made the choice not to visit his establishment.

Aside from the lack of draft beer during the flooding, every offer he has made according to which I have ordered (saying "I am on the internet" or "I would like a discount card") has been satisfied by the staff. I've never had a problem.

 

They don't know me from the next guy, so it was not special treatment.

Sorry you feel that way but your comments are incorrect our offers are as always stated. Suggest you read Teeluks lastest comments about the promotions. My business is going well if you really were a customer then you would know x zone is good as is my resort . I cannot please all only those that really want to have fun and enjoy themselves.

Thank you for your offer but I am not currently in Thailand so cant take up your offer.

 

My personal opinion was based on the fact that your happy hour 2for1 drinks kept changing, you added, then took away what was on offer. You also had the special offer for BMs here which you have also taken away so I do believe my comments are fair. I also ran a gogo for a few years in Pattaya so I can speak from experience and to keep changing the offers HAS pissed of many, but I also admit many people do rave about your gogo. As stated, it was just MY opinion and no one should get so wound up by it.

As a side note, I was in my gogo EVERY night ALL night as I had a business to run. I seem to read that many things have not to plan as you have been away many times, this of course is your choice but again I dont think a good business choice especially in the first few months of opening a new bar. If you are going to be away, then you should hire a Farang bar manager to oversee the business in you absense.

 

I offer only my opinion and a little bit of advise, dont attack me for trying to show some interest in your business, just say thanks and I will give it some thought

Rodney as you have now taken the time to provide your comments I can address them for you. The 2 for 1 offer needed to be fine tuned as you should know running a gogo for some time not all drinks can be done at that offer. Some wanted drinks that we could not afford to do. In my defense I tried to please too many ( mistake)

 

Secondly the BM promotion was stopped due some BM abusing the offer and my staff . Sure should have been expected but we did offer this until some BM's fucked it up. I will not have my staff abused because they were doing their jobs. It is hard enough to get good service staff, without losing then because they are abused all night because of an offer I made.

 

I am in the process of designing a new BM card that can be used to obtain the same offer, but still under development.

 

In regards to my approach to running my businesses, I am not saying your approach is wrong nor is mind the proof is in the current success and build up of business if my approach is wrong then we would not be as successful as we are today.

 

As you have not taken the opportunity to come and meet me (which by the way I am at xzone nearly every Friday and Sat night) you could pasted on your views and experiences for which I would have truly welcomed from another fellow Aussie.

 

If as you say you were taking an interest in my business then I would expect a balanced approach, at least coming to see if what you read is true or not then nail me if not true but to past comments about myself and my honesty without even talking to me or seeing for yourself in my view desired the response I gave you.

 

My offer to come to x zone is open for when you return to Pattaya just let me know.

This is good news, obviously you need to consider a few security issues....

Whether they can only be coped/ then printed from within the secure (logged-in) area or BMs have to apply for it and you have it ready behind the bar, and it has the BM's board name on it. It is likely more effort than you want to make.

I for one apprecite it if anyone offers us any special deals. Sure, they sometime take a while to sort out but I am happy with what I am getting from you. I have been to X Zone only once and that was in its heyday, much before the owners changed and I enjoyed it. I went there with my TG and both of us had fun. We were both drunk and she licked a girl's pussy right there on the gyno table..If Nev says it's even better now, I'm all for it! And any offer to PT members is welcome! I am there only for 10 days and don't care if the drinks cost 10-15% more if the experience is different!
