Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

You could PM BM gregj69. Last thing I knew he was the owner. Hope he isn't off too soon, I'm planning to stay there.....

It's my experience that everything is for sale if the price is right.

Here's a post by Greg from PA - I'm still none the wiser but I'm happy he's still there.....

Thank goodness the worst of the jackhammering is over. Should be finished by the end of the month (I bloody hope so) and it is going to be a gogo with an open area in front. Owned by the same lady owner as Iron Bar I believe.

Cheers to all and thanks for sticking in there.

By the way we have a new band on Thurs nights and Sundays from 4 to try and give them a bit of noise back.

I suppose there'll be no early nights then. Difficult to sleep with a gogo in full swing just next door (e.g. Secrets Hotel). Is that the Traveller's Rest that has been converted into a Gogo?

That's true. The AC + fan is enough to cover the kerfuffle outside. I was in C2 for 4 days until yesterday - now moved to a noisier room at Sutus on Soi Lengkee (always move about)..... Some bloke on a recent thread complained the ACat Billabong wasn't good enough - absolute bollux - you have to know how to use an AC remote that's all. Excellent wifi (pretty well one router for each floor) with a password changing daily means it never gets clogged.... 3 flights of stairs, good for exercise, the "half pint of pure pleasure called Su". It all works!

Sounds like I owe you a drink or two Andy Cap. Good to know we can still please somebody.

Cheers

Greg

P.S. If anyone has 10 mill baht I might sell but I am not actively selling it despite many rumours to the contrary.
