View New Content

I arrived in Patts yesterday and am using a notebook computer.

 

Although I am logged in, the "View New Content" function isn't working. I get told I don't have permission to do that.

 

It's not a problem I have encountered at home in the UK on my desk-top.

 

Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it, please?
