Yes please do because I'll be in Thailand hopefully in 3 weeks and I was thinking about the penthouse hotel!

In their internet site It was written that the pool is ready and open 24hrs!!!

I wanted to know if the rooms are nice and the furniture is clean! since it was written in the hotel review page that the furniture and bed covers were dirty!

  • 2 weeks later...

I stayed there just recently, it was nice.  Clean enough for me, I had the $40.00 room, it was very nice.  My girls always wanted to watch the cats club on TV live on the hotels private channel.  I always asked them to join me downstairs, but they were happy to stay upstairs and hang out (better for me).  ;)

As with any hotels, always keep the toilet cover closed, I saw a TBG in the hallway scared out of her wits she rambled in Thai, about a rat in the room :o(she had just showered and had the towel on ;)).  My TGF translated the ramblings, and told me to keep the seat covered.

I never went to the pool, as I was busy swimming with my wetsuit on!! ;)  M_H

Mike,

after having seen Dreamcatcher (Stephen King) I would not dare to have the Toilet Seat open anytime, anyway.

Thanks for the Warning, though ....

Keep the bog lid closed ?

A lot of Thai girls "see" things. I wouldn't want to see a fucking rat in the bedroom or anywhere else for that matter.

On a seperate note MH, what did you get for your USD40 (Bt1600) room ? I've emailed before to get them to explain in clear english what you actually get for the different prices but the lazy cunts haven't bothered to reply.

I had the premier or the pattpong for around that price, I am going back in January and going for the manila room $20.00  No need to over do it in the next time.  My room had the huge shower, which didnt mean anything, as my TGs always wanted to shower alone(probally to wash the pussy very clean).

Make sure that you tell the TGs to not touch anything in the fridge or bar, Penthouse has too much crap that is for sale in the room.  Oh, dont forget to keep the lid down on the toilet :o  M_H

We have always stayed at Penthouse. (including our trips in October and November 2003)

A few comments:

The pool is NOT finished!  When it is there will be an extra charge for using it!

We had a FIRM booking for a Pattaya Room. When we arrived none was available so upgraded AT OUR EXPENSE! until Pattaya Room became available and we moved. (Bloody silly pissing us off over Bht250! But it was Dudley's decision)

Items we had left in the room on previous departure, which we were told- after inquiry- would be waiting for us upon our arrival.  Disappeared meantime and a "Well you know how things are in Thailand" response from management.

A distinctly unfriendly and non-welcoming atmosphere at Kitten Club (Never been the same since the "departure" of Steve)

Bottom line is that location is good; great for a "different kind of room" but after suppporting Dudley 100% for 3 years and approximately 100+ room nights it is time to try elsewhere!

I've never got any sense out of the daft fuckers in the management team despite numerous emails.

I think it trades upon its reputation a little but given the shit numbers it could attract this summer, you would think it would sort itself out and get on the ball.
