Dynasty Inn Pattaya - web update.....

The Dynasty folks have added info on the new pattaya hotel to their web site, for those interested..

A roof top swimming pool with jacuzzi is a new item that I hadn't heard of before.   Anyone in town got a report?

I stopped by the day they opened and asked them their rate and asked them if they had a pool.  They told me no pool, maybe they didn't understand my question or maybe they built one in the last 6 weeks.

They are building a roof top pool.

Think the guy that told me said it will be finished next month. Can check it out!

He also confirmed that the minibus deal from BKK will  include Soi 13.

Thanks for the replys.   If they have a pool and the BKK free transport is available, I will definately stay there during my late November visit. (For at least a few days, maybe more if I like it)

Asked a friend who sell rooms for them and he checked again.

The pool will be ready mid-November.

 

Transport is free from BKK with 2 nights booked in Pattaya (Soi 13/Cliff). 350B for the Pattaya-BKK leg.

Departure BKK is 12.30 (pm) and from Pattaya 2.30 (pm). Might be a bit wrong with the Pattaya time, can't even understand what I wrote when talking to him :-/

This is the reply I got from the Dynasty inn.

 

 

"Dear Sir,

 

Thank you for interest in our hotel.

We are in south Pattaya in downtown Soi 13 go in side Soi about 50 matter near the beach and close Walking Street.

The rate for Superior room is 990 baht and for Deluxe is 1,200 baht all rate net with out breakfast.

The room we allow 2 persons with out charge and extra charge for one person is 300 baht.

Please make a reservation again would be appreciated.
