Hello-

 

As of 3 weeks ago when I stayed there were no joiner fees or hassles. Treated guests well.

Don't know about the hotel in Pattaya, but the one in BKK told me that for the cheap rooms (450 baht) there would be a 200 baht joiner fee.  Guess I will know for sure next month.  SB

I stayed at BKK Woraburi...Jr suite for 1100 baht..no hassles and they even provided coupons for 2 free breakfasts if you had company

That's right. The cheaper rooms, 360/450 baht, are 'single' rooms. Hence the 'joiner' fee.

I stayed at the one in Bangkok and things were okay. I paid for 900 baht for the Superior room, I believe. They included a breakfast and a free drink coupon.

The room was a good size and it was clean. The only thing....it was a long hike to Suhkumvit but it was pretty close to Nana Plaza.

I am not sure about ones in Pattaya, but if they are clean and the rooms are decent, you can't beat the price.

I didn't stay in the 360 baht room.

 

When I was last there, the pricing was thus;

deluxe 750

junior suite 900

 

Note that there is a discount for staying 3 days or over.

There is also a weekly price and a monthly price.

Don't let them fob you off.

Book the first night and discuss your discount when you arrive.

It was something like 7000 baht for the single room monthly.
