Truly incredible that an intern could do this and it could make it on air during the News Report.

Lots of errors of omission took place just to get it on the teleprompter and on the graphic. The anchor will usually catch these things and give "technical difficulties" as a reason to not have it make it on air. This time it didn't happen and it may seem funny to us but I bet the Koreans running that airline after this tragic event aren't laughing about it.

An update from my local newspaper today. Foreign pilots landing at SFO are now required, until further improvements are made at the airport, to do instrument landings:
