Pattaya center condo ??

I need some help on the above condos,

 

Yes i've been down the road of a full search, and checked the hotel listings but to no avail

 

So it's over to you boys

 

Has anyone stayed there?

 

Is it in a quiet location ? all the normal ques ??

moby just come back from 3.5 months in center condo

small room 7500 baht a month.7000 baht deposit

big room 12500 baht a month.

plus electricity and water.

located in pattaya tai.about a 5 minute walk to walking st.

if you stay on the non buddhist temple side it is pretty quiet.if you stay on the buddhist temple side.can be noisy.with music coming from the temple at 5am.close to the food stands and market in pattaya tai.

had a problem when we left there.my wife only recieved 3100 baht of the deposit back.got told they had to pay to get the room cleaned.9even though it was spotless)also the electricity bill for a fortnight was 2200 baht.(our biggest bill for a month was 1100 baht)

i think you could do better than there.have you looked up holiday mansion on 3rd road.7500 a month plus electricity and water.brand new hotel
