ok. Here's what i know about Champagne Service.

I used it last week when i arrived.

Limousine is a big car, driver, 2 ladies from Cats a GoGo, cold towels, 2 bottles of champagne.

To use Champagne Service, you must arrange in advance via a Credit Card.  So you have to fax them your CC and they take payment out.
