Tim Boutique, VTSIX or Dancewatchers

I think I could get a room with any of the three for apprx 2300 baht per night. I have stayed at Tim's before and it is very nice but have never stayed at the condo's in View Talay 6 (VTSIX and Dancewatcher both have rooms there). Anyone with experience on these places and recommendtions?

I can certainly recommend Dancewatcher. This is not a hotel but a rental service run by an American expat. I have dealt with him before and he is a stand up guy. He makes sure all the rooms he rents out on behalf of condo owners are in good shape with all mod cons.

One gets the impression that it is a Thai woman is running show.
