technician for TV

Recommended Posts

Things are just inconvenient to carry around these days.

You could always try the manufacturer's service centre.

Samsung and LG are both on Sukhumvit.

As MM says, new ones are pretty cheap these days 10-20,000 unless you want the latest, greatest, biggest and curved.

Maybe Thailand has cheap repair technicians? Otherwise, there's no way it would normally be worth fixing a TV. Here in the USA they probably charge $125 an hour, plus parts. At that rate, you might as well just go buy a new TV. And let's not forget, on the used TV market, they just about give the things away.

There is always the repair shop in the basement of Tuk-Com, Amorn is it?

Although the though of transporting a flat screen bigger than 29 inch there would have me tipping it and buying new.

Depends on the fault whether it's worth fixing or not.

We had a problem with the sound on our 32" Samsung flat screen it would only play at full volume, whilst that was fine to fit in with the neighbours, it got a tad wearisome after a while. Got it fixed for 400 baht, granted this is in Nakhon Phanom.

I realise my location doesn't help the OP.
