Serviced apartment in pattaya

hi i am visiting pattaya in July for a month can u recommend me some good serviced apartments in south pattaya , 1 road , 2 road, soi bukao or central . my budget is around 10000 to 15000 bhat for a month

Soi Yume beside Big C extra has a lot of serviced apartments for under 10000 plus water and electricity

at top of soi 13 in Soi Yume which is 3rd soi in from central road you will find

central pattaya residence

7000 plus water and electricty

has cctv, security, satelite TV, free high speed internet etc

hey mate how close is this to soi bukhaw? do they do short term??

yes they do short term,even daily but the prices I quoted are monthly rent of 7000 plus water and electricity

this price is constant and does not change with high and low season in pattaya

in fact the price even drops for 6 month and 12 month rent

this is 2 minutes from BIG C EXTRA on Central Pattaya Road or Pattaya Klang

bhat buses go down the road towards beach road for 10 bhats

and you can stop at entrance to soi buchaeo and get another bhat bus for 10 bhats

or you can get a motorbike taxi to soi buchaeo for 40 bhats

they have cctv, key card for door to rooms and night guards on duty so it is very secure and quiet

plus they have satelllite channels, free internet etc

for the location and the price and security it is excellent value

it is also about 3 minutes from FOODLAND which is a 24hour supermarket and 24 hour restaurant

travelling is ok as i will be renting a motorbike.

but hjope its guest friendly.

they also do motorbikes for rent in one of the street level shops. It actually is the laundry shop with motorbikes outside

the last shop on the right.
