Search on Google for "MidTown Villa", it's the name of this "village".

Looks like many are for sale (re-sale) from about 4'000'000+ B. (4.2M)

Many are for rent too, (exemple: 20'000, 22'000...) so surely you can get one for less than 20'000/month.

Seems a bit of a ghost-town. Never saw any security (Google Map neither). You must like stairs. No pool.
