Hello there, iam going to pattaya tomorrow, and wanna know if its legal, to smoke in public, or do i have to hide it, and where can i buy mods/ e-liquid around here going to MBK and other places around here,

You can smoke an e cig quite openly from everything I've seen in Pattaya.

Well smoking in bars is meant to be illegal, but very few bars have a non smoking policy I dont think you will have any problems.

 

You might want to look at this forum, where you will probably be able to get some answers as to where to get mods and liquid etc
