Urgently looking for accomodation, pref house for rent on darkside, but cheap.

A friend of mine who was renting a house on the Darkside, has just been told that her house will be repossessed by the bank tomorrow, and needs to urgently relocate.
Ideally, she is looking for another cheap rental, about 6k-8k, can be on the darkside, preferable a house. The pace she rented before had no hot water or aircon, so she can rough if need be. Preferably off street parking.
