ok ive read all about this water festival but wot dates does it start and finish.

Official holidays 13/14 and 15 April.

Water throwing could start in Pattaya 9th onwards!

According to this...crazy day (last??) Naklua 18th, Pattaya 19th, and subsequently in Bang Saray and Sattahip.
