Pre-opening chance to check out the new restaurant 23@Pattaya Hill last Saturday.

 

A chance to view the venue, the views, and sample some tasty treats, tapas, paella, and meatballs of some sort.

Everything was prepared with flare and nicely presented.

Yes, he's stated he is one of the backers/partners, same as Bite Me.
