Just seen FINN AIR,MANCHESTER-HELSINKI-BANGKOK for £416.99 incl Tax! :)(Mid Nov departure).This was on Expedia.com.I booked a flight with them for end of Jan 04 on Turkish for £405!They don't charge Credit card fees but insist on full payment upon booking.The tickets are issued straight away and sent to you promptly.Expedia are hit and miss, sometimes you can get lucky and get a really cheap flight other times their prices can be extortionate but keep trying and be lucky. If you check on Opodo the finnair deal is £371 from LHR to BKK via Helsinki.   From Manchester its £373.  

 

I'm intending to come out on Friday 28/11 and return on Monday 8/12 and they have availability at those prices then.

 

What a fucking then pity that I've already booked with BA, and paid £470 for non-refunable , non-changeable tickets.

I'm coming out next year for 8weeks [smiley=1luvu.gif]

So I checked with expedia £646.10 with Finnair from Man. travelselect.com £693., I've tried ten other web sites, in the begining they say from a price, and then say there lowest fare is not available even though I checked 3 days either side of my departure and return dates. The best i got was Emirates £564. (Forget Turkish or Aroflot I would not even consider them.) I know if i want to go to LOS for two weeks i can get a package deal for 3 nights in BKK 11 nights in Pattaya for £560 all in from T.cook.  But hell who wants to go for 14 days when he can stay for 8 weeks. I work in education so have to abide to their holidays.  If you can get out for the price you said i'd go for it and enjoy yourself. My friend going out in Nov. so i checked grs90 dates with opodo from Man. the cheapest Air France £430. KLM £569. These are bookable  flights and not what they say is there cheapest.

I've just checked Opodo again and the flights I mentioned above are still there at the price stated.

 

I think the problem is that they make it a bit tricky for people to find their better deals.  If you just use their standard flight search you get the prices listed in your posting.

 

But if you click on the special offers tab from the Opode homepage, then select BKK as the destination and finair as the airline, the prices I said will come up.
