Soi Buakhao One Way

Noticed new one way signs this afternoon on Soi Buakhao. Talking to one of the massage ladies on the soi, Buakhao will be one way northbound only on Thursday. It'll be interesting to see how this works out as it's one idea that's been mentioned periodically as a way to make it easier to walk on the Soi. Of course the downside may be that traffic will be able to move faster if they're all heading in the same direction.

I understand that Pattaya Tai will be closed on Thursday, so if traffic on Buakhao went all the way south (which it mostly does), it would not be able to get out.
