I really enjoy Shabu Shabu, it is such a convenient way for a lot of people to enjoy.

Swish-Swish it basically what it means, the act of swishing the ingredients around in the boiling broth, & how they fed the soldiers in the field during the Feudal times of the Samurai & Shōgun.

I actually attended a Shabu-Shabu party in Sri-Racha, the host was a Japanese man who had just bought a home. 

or perhaps just bought a home for his wife 😃
