Electronic Travel Authorization, I just heard about it yesterday. Are they trying to make things faster or harder. the first minute of the video.

No not yet for Thailand, I want to know if they need  it now ?

Supposed to be coming this year to the EU.

Did a custom declaration for Bali this year,no problem.Trying to get a visa online was a world of pain and frustration.
