Calendar Question

Say Pete, is there a way to tell who is in town on any given date?  

 

I don't know if days prior to today are stored so you could see about when someone arrived or not.

 

It would be nice to just click on a day and see who was around.

I disagree completely.  I just *hate* when guys post that they are there every freaking single day of the visit.  

 

June 5: Harvey in town.

June 6: Harvey in town.

June 7: Harvey in town.

June 8: Harvey in town.

June 9:  Harvey in town.

June 10: Harvey in town.

June 11: Harvey in town.

June 12: Harvey in town.

June 13 Harvey in town.

June 14: Harvey in town.

June 15: Harvey in town.

 

etc, etc.

Click on June.  That's the way the calendar should look.  And hey, you can see everyone coming the entire month.  No problems.

 

Now click on July.  Sheesh.

Do these guys purposefully enter themselves manually each and every day?  Or is it the calendar system (and some button that can be disabled) that automatically fills each day within a range??

One thing you have to do or you won't see Jun 03, or the past month is you have to change your settings because it's default is the current month and the next 11 months.
