Khorat Hotel???

I will visit Khorat for several days and am looking for a clean inexpensive hotel. I will have my Thai girlfriend with me so don't need any local talent.

 

Any advise would be appreciated. Anything you would recommend to me to see while there?

A friend of mine has stayed at this hotel many times and he say it's ok.

I usually stay at thr KR star hotel near the night market. Various rooms 500 - 1000 Bt. Comfortable, friendly and central. If you want to be near the big shopping mall (confusingly named The Mall) try the KS Pavilion Hotel.

when going to korat, be careful with your hotels, the hotels there tend to collapse

Thanks for the info, I hope to find one that will stay not fall apart while I am staying there. I fly for 9 baht plus tax on the 7th for a three day visit.

it's a nice place, and actually it was only one hotel that colappsed

Although this hotel is not CHEAP by any means it's priced right. I think about 1100-1200 baht? I stayed there and the location was good, hotel was VERY nice and service was good. I do have pics of the room and if you PM me with your email address I'll ba happy to forward the pics to you.
