Am staying at the Sandy Springs now, and while the noise on the street can be loud at times, I have never heard a thing inside my room.

 

Great but the real Question is How are the sheets ?

Just spent 4 days last week at Sandy Spring--basically ZERO construction noise in the room but outside on the balcony you could hear some-NOT a lot, though.

 

Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there.

 

HOWEVER, BEWARE of the Dynasty Inn up the Soi--The condo construction site was REALLY loud when I walked by. May also affect The Haven across the Soi.

I think that you are referring to the Lek hotel, which is across the street from the Dynasty. The Haven hotel is the little one across the street from the Ma Maison Hotel further down Soi13 towards Beach Road.
