Was out and about last night and watched two of these crossings in action and came to the conclusion I will cross the street as far away from them as possible. 9:00pm The first light by Mikes shopping mall was the worst. When the light turned red no less than 10 cars went through it and at least 6 motorcy. A little further down the road the same thing happened. Tourists were starting to walk across as well. I'm willing to bet high season will see at least 1 if not more cross walk fatalities because tourists that have similar systems at home will trust these crosswalks.

Aircons break and drains clog ...shit happens in pattaya and water pressure is a problem that happens and its not always the hotels fault. I don't think it's strange that Kevin would consult his wife because #1 as you stated you hadn't discussed any of the problems up to that point with Kevin and I'm sure he wanted to find out what had been done to fix the problems and #2 he and his wife are the owners of the hotel. I contacted Kevin Meacher back in February or march after seeing the completed penthouse pics he posted and inquired about a long stay from May 1 to June 3.
