got my reply back from mr toom, will e-mail again a few days before i fly, reminder kinda thing, maybe this is why my toom driver has never let me down? will continue with the toom

Hilly do you get the whole plane to yourself for that price?

I never use the inflight entertainment so that dont bother me in the slightest, i sleep most of the way, pay an extra £100 for a screen that has a load of crap on it, i dont watch television at home either. 5 hour stop over doesnt bother me either, did emirates and had an 8hour stop over one time, just how it fell. help yaself to the BIG screen entertainment and extra extra extra room lol, i wouldnt pay for business class either, ya get loads more room but suppose its what your prepaired to pay, im not much into throwing money in the bin, as i said i will be sleeping most of the trip so dont bother me the inflight entertainment, im not a lard arse so the room dont bother me either :) I only start my holiday off when i wake up from my flight :) hope that does`nt sounbd like im kicking off, cos im not, just my way of doing things.... this is "airline deals" section?, good luck to others who wish to fly as cheap as possible

ive never had problems with mr toom, his driver has waited a few hours when my plane was delayed, i have just booked again for the 4th september, just waiting for reply to me e-mail.

i have booked from manchester 3rd sept but had to travel mid week to get £400 price, prices just jumped up for the fri/sat when i was going to travel

Got a flight for £400 from manchester on airline netwrk, had to travel mid-week to get it cheap... fly on 3rd sept (wednesday) return 18th sept (thursday) other flights i looked at went up £100 day after i first looked for flights... normaly fly with Emirates but not this time. The flight is with Finair If you can be flexible with your travel dates, you will get a better deal. Goes to show, if you see a deal dont leave it too long before you book or "the deal" may go up and up and up in price!!

I have stayed in the queen vic, rooms are nice, the guy who owns it is really helpfull, always asks if everything is ok and is there anything he can do to help. its good that you can use the back door for a quiet exit, or go the front way and walk into madness I call in each trip and see vic the owner, last time i visited he showed me the new rooms he has, nice rooms and at a nice price. I would also take a look at Sabai Inn, and Sabai lodge on Soi 2, they are at the quiet end of the soi, but really handy on the baht bus route.

I have Mr Toom booked, i arrive on Saturday at 19.00 on Emirates flight 372 and will be going to Patts, i have used Mr Toom before, so if you want to share let me know.

hello again Mr Toom, i used your taxi sevice 3 times now, last time i got a driver named Joe, young guy, sensible driver, not a multi lane light flashing foot down mad job. never had any problems on any of my toom pick ups.... driver waited over 2 hours one time when my flight was late. will be booking Mr Toom again for october.

Use... i have him booked for the 3rd time on 26th may, he does a good service, he hasnt let me down.. so i would say go ahead and use his service. his e-mail toom39@msn.com p.s his driver waited until my delayed flght landed one time... a good few hours late

I have used mr toom twice, and one time my flight was late by about 3hours and the guy was waiting, no problems with the service, just the air con is like coooooold. i have him booked again for the 26th may. mr toom has a fat thread in the meeting cost sharing section of the forum, lots of people use him.

Im not skint, but just dont like to be ripped... my concern was what you have stated alanchar... ive been to places in UK and europe where the mini bar is well over priced. thanks again good folks, im gonna ram the fridge out with beers and alco pops and spy red coolers for all my "friends" ive stayed a few places before round patts, soi6, second road.. even over at jontien condo styley, so thought i would give soi2 a go this time after all of your good reviews i read up on in here. thanks again from a happy me

Thanks for all the replies good folks of this forum I would rather have them empty the mini bar and do the 7/11, stayed in condo before and did 7/11 cool, stayed at queen vic on soi 6, crazy place, the guy in there is cool, always askin if everything is ok and nothing a problem to help you out with anything, i just went the 7/11 to stock up all i needed, i dont intend paying bar prices from a mini bar when there are loads of 7/11`s about that i can go too and just fill the fridge with all i need for a cheap price. pauly77 i land in patts on the 26th may my freakin birthday... happy birthday me yeeehaaaa ..if you want to hook up for a drink let me know mate

How much is the mini bar?? can they sneak crazy prices onto you? is it best to ask them to bin the mini bar option? the phone? can you ask them to remove it? wouldnt like to find a fat bill at the end of stay. thanks in advance too anyone who can help

EVIL i find your post informative, i have been to pattaya only a few times and never been to eden in bangkok or hell in pattaya. I will be going to hell at the end of may when i arrive. i notice you mention deep throat girls... well i will be looking for a couple of take outs from hell with such skills. If you go early in the day before the 10pm take out time.... do you order your take out and come back for it at 10pm? how many of the girls can perform the deep throat? i see Cerberus says a few, well Cerberus think you can sort me out a couple? anyways thanks again for the informative post for those that ripp into people who do posts like this, i just dont get why you waist your time and energy knocking someone for being informative??? ok i booked the toom man again toom39@msn.com he replied quickly Im arriving on may 26th at 7pm if anyone wants to share the toom taxi to pattaya? I have used mr tooms service 2 times before and never had any problems at all and i will continue to use the guys service.

Mr toom is gonna get me and another BM to patts on the 14th oct , i will post how it goes. not the toom mans fault, just one of those things

Sorry to hear you had an accident. I will use Mr Tooms service again for sure, cant really blame the "Toom service" as he has a few drivers and it was only "ONE" of his drivers you had a bad time with. I deliver booze everyday in a wagon here in the uk and i see good and bad drivers all the time, driving too close to each other, crossing 3 lanes to make an exit. i get a good view of the idiots on the road because im high up. expensive cars, clapped out bangers.. good and bad drivers in both. Could of been a limo service that cost 5000bht, but the driver could still be rubbish. Im not having a go at you and i hope you dont take it that way, there have been many mixed reports of Tooms service..... if people dont like how a driver is driving tell them. hope your ok anyways
