Favourite at the bookies in England because of all the sentiment money heaped on England. Not sure they would be big favourites if you walked into a Sputh African bookies! Thats why they are favourites to win the game at the bookmakers.

England are notoriously slow starters, and appear to be a little undercooked going into this one. I mean, how can they still be getting used to the altitude less than a week before the first game? The Yanks will be physically competitive and organised, and always have a good goalkeeper. If England come out of this with a win, I think they will go on to have a successful run. However, as a pesimist I'm going for 1-1, but hoping for better.

£750 for a 6 teeth bridge could be about right, and a span that big will almost certainly need further replacement down the line. Why not get rid of the bridge and get implants put in? I had 4 done in Budapest for around £2000 a couple of years back, and while I was researching it Thailand came in about the same price. I chose Budapest because it would have been easier and cheaper to go back and sort any teething (sic) problems out. The Aa residence next door on Soi 13 has better quality rooms and good security. They will ring your room before handing IDs back to the girls. Also they always have vacencies as it is so difficult to book remotely. Eg: no website, never answer emails etc. However, the Lek has some advantages you may not notice at first, like 3 different ways in and out! Can be a god send when you have persistant BGs looking for a repeat performance. I have a yen to try this place. Reservation by email, guest friendly, FLs on tap, bar, pool, pay by credit card, safe in room, not pricey, the list goes on and on. In fact if I could drag it up to Pattaya Klang I'd say it was perfect. Anyone stayed there and give me a run down?

Love this hotel, but seemingly impossible to book it! I have booked by phone in the past, but they won't accept that this time. They want a fax, but somehow I can't configure my computer to send one. It does all the drill, then says either "connect modem to phoneline" or "no answer". They don't have a website, or an email address. Makes you wonder how they ever get any guests. Any suggestions people?

I am "touching wood here", but spybot search and destroy seems to have done the trick. However, I had worse problems getting rid of spybot which jumped ll over everything and wouldn't even let me start up AOL. Ultimately, I set McAfee virus zapper onto spybot, and spybot onto MBS, and left them to fight for 3/4 hours and it seems to be clear for now. As I say, touch wood! So in a round about way joekicker, thanks. Also, yes...they giveth and taketh away the pop up. How, I don't know. Bastards!

Thats right joekicker, you can phone them up and an Arican lady will tell you that they are jaming your computer on behalf of the sex line, and will continue to do so at an increasing rate, up to 30 mins lock, 5 min break, 30 mins lock totally rendering your computer useless. Nice aren't they. I've just run spybot by the way without success. Its icon is now locked on my screen and unable to clear. grrrr

SpyHunter looks good, but is asking for £££s before it will actually remove anything. No problem if it DOES, but it may not. . Had a problem with McAfee taking DD payments even though I was already getting their stuff free with AOL. My mistake I know. Generally speaking, do these things come free or do we pay?
