I watched a mega factories show about the JD factory on Discovery a while ago. Interesting process how they make it, it all gets filtered through charcoal before they bottle it. Scotland has some very scenic places in it and Glasgow is a good night out too, I worked there for three months a few years ago.

I hate snakes and I am scared of them. I am still yet to achieve my wish of both eating snake meat and drinking thier blood though. When I went to the village my wife's family wouldn't let me eat snake as they said it was bad luck for a farang to do this. Not sure if that was true or the wife was just lying to me!

Christmas means nothing to me these days except eating and drinking as much as I can for two days. Unless I have kids I can't ever see me becoming interested in it again. The true meaning of Christmas was lost years ago and it is just a retail festival now. As with everything in the UK now it is all about extracting the maximum amount of money out of every individual stupid enough to buy into it. For a two week trip the main reason why I wouldn't go to Pattaya first is because I always spend so much money in Pattaya and would probably leave myself short for the rest of the holiday. Much better to go there last as you will only spend what you have got and it's also the ideal send of before you head home.

Yeah I know what you mean but I would rather drink Chang or Singha over that any day of the week. I actually like the taste of the Thai beers although I don't drink Chang in Thailand much now because it is so strong. If there are beers that I can't drink they are Carlsberg, Fosters, Carling and the worst "beer" I have ever tasted which has to be Budweiser.
