Yeah what was I thinking? I never was very good at maths. I divided 3,000,000 by 60,000,000 and it gave me 0.05 and I took that as half a percent. What a dime bar, I forgot that in decimals that would equate to five percent. No excuse really, anyone should realise that ten percent of sixty million would be six million, so five percent would be three million people. I have had a mare. In my defence, we're still dealing with small numbers of people.
